A small wedding at Westport Vineyard. Feel free to
view the vineyards website below.
Westport River Vineyard
This wedding was tastefully done at the Wharf
Tavern in there upstairs function facility, overlooking the water in Warren RI. Gail the function coordinator at the Wharf Tavern is extremely friendly and
a perfect hostess. She's
a dream to work with. The
Wharf Taverns link is below..
Wharf Tavern
This was a 60th Anniversary at Bittersweet Farm in Westport
MA. Bittersweet's link is listed below.

Also a reception at Wharf Tavern
Glenn Manor House

The cake above had edible seashells made of sugar
and airbrushed to match the wedding colors. The cake itself was a Strawberry Creme. Vanilla layers with fresh strawberries
tumbled with my secret ingredients. Very
refreshing!!! The setting again was Glenn Manor
The cake below is probably one of my most favorite cakes to create.
It's whymsical design was so fun to create. The wedding was held a few years back at Blithwold mansion in Bristol R.I..
This wedding cake was made up of white cake with
an almond buttercream, covered by ivory colored rolled fondant. The handmade gum paste flowers were painted to match the brides
colors.
This Christening cake was made of Chocolate/Chocolate
Mousse w/ a parfait frosting. A real crowd pleaser. Feeds 100
Simple yet elegant for a wedding on the Bristol harbor.
Some of the cakes below are examples of some seaside
creations I've done in the past. Living in the ocean State, seashells and such are very popular.
The cake to the right below was decorated with a basketweave
buttercream frosting and fresh flowers. Perfect for a spring garden wedding.
This sand castle above was actually for a wedding down
the Cape. This could also be created for a special seaside birthday celebration. The possiblities are endless. Tinted parfait
frosting covered in brown sugar complimented by real seashells. Also made of strawberry creme.
Another seaside creation with edible chocolate seashells. The setting
was Atlantic Beach Club in Middletown R.I. set on 1st beach.
The cake above was also at Glenn manor House in Portsmouth R.I.. It consists
of three real tiers and 2 fake layers to make the cake look larger and to fit the room. If you've ever been to Glenn manor
the ceilings are about 20 feet high. SO a cake can get lost in the midst.
The two above cakes I created about 18 years ago. The pictures aren't the best, but
it gives you an idea of how the styles of cakes have changed over the years. Fountains were popular for added decor and
fresh flowers on wedding cakes seemed to be the in thing.
This cake above was for a very large wedding in Swansea MA at the
Venus De Milo Restaurant. It served over 300 guests.
This cake was for a wedding in a private home in Little Compton last summer. Though hard
to see the detail, it is covered in fresh glazed raspberries. 100% Choclate with Chocolate Mousse.
Fresh flowers that matched the brides maids bouqets made up
the core of this cake.
This ivory victorian cake fit in extremly well at the Seafare Inn
in Portsmouth R.I. Not to mention the victorian gown that the bride wore. Simply stunning.
This simple yet elegant 4 tier cake was the perfect look and
size for the setting under a tent on the ocean at the New York Yacht Club in Newport R.I. Made of a pink toned buttercream
and edible pearls and buttercream roses.
Lilacs were the theme for this wedding at Blithwold Mansion
in Bristol R.I..
This was a 25th wedding anniversary cake for 100 guests. Accented with silver edible decorations
and frosting roses.
A fourtieth anniversary adorned with red roses.
A fiftieth anniversary cake accented with gold ribbon and white
frosting roses.
