Grandma's

This carrot cake recipe has been in my family for over 30 years and it's one
of my favorites.
Rich moist layers of carrot cake filled with raisins, coconut, crushed walnuts and pineapple.
Any
of the above mentioned ingredients can be deleted dependant upon personal preference.
Of course filled with cream cheese icing.
